About Dr. Ahles
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents. I have advanced training in psychological evaluation, particularly in assessment of ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities. My therapy focus and expertise is in treatment of anxiety and OCD as well as childhood behavioral difficulties.
I was trained as a scientist, and while I now work in the field with families, I remain a scientist at heart. One of my true joys in life is continuing to learn about our complex brains and translating these discoveries into meaningful information to help parents understand their children and youth understand themselves. When I am not with clients, you might find me running trails in the mountains, spending time with my family, and eating too much (yet never enough) ice cream.
